Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Memorable Moments Event Lounge for your event! We are dedicated to making your event a success. Please take a moment to review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 1. Booking Process • Reservation: A reservation is confirmed only once a signed rental agreement and a deposit are received. • Deposit: A hold amount of $125 will be placed onto the card on file. This amount will be charged if any damages are incurred during your rental time. • Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking. 2. Cancellation & Refunds • Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your booking 5 days or more before the event, you will receive a 100% refund of the rental amount. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event will result in being refunded 50% of the booking amount. • Cancellation by Venue: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue damage, natural disasters), we will provide a full refund, or if you prefer, offer an alternate date. 3. Changes to Reservation Any changes to the event date, time, or details must be made at least 5 days in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes. If your event is rescheduled, the origina rentall amount may be applied to the new date, subject to availability.
